In all honesty, buying insurance is like getting a root canal: You don't want to do it, it's going to be painful, but you know you have to so you just do it despite the agony. In this case, yes, I had to do it as I was buying a new home. My wife and I checked a couple of companies in line and had even gone so far as setting up a policy with our auto insurance company (big name known for some woman with a price gun). When our mortgage company found out, they redirected me to Liberty and Karen. The root canal images were getting worse. But ...... Karen was the easiest person to work with, she figured out what I needed, figured out what my premium limit was going to be and made sure I got a good policy and a good price. All within the span of about four hours. Came back with three options, discussed the pros and cons of each and helped me arrive at an informed decision. She even made sure my loan team received all the documents so I didn't need to run around chasing more paper. Karen was easy and friendly to work with and I would recommend that if you want someone to help you deal with getting the coverage you need, give Karen a call. So, yes, working with Karen is far better than getting a root canal.
